Pre-Order Policy

1. Payment & Reservation

All pre-order items are charged in full at the time of purchase. This secures your item in our production queue and ensures you are prioritized for the upcoming shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Timeline: Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.

  • Nature of Estimates: These dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping windows may shift due to production timelines, supplier availability, or logistics.

3. Mixed Orders (Pre-Orders + In-Stock Items)

We ship what’s ready!

  • Split Shipping: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately.

  • Separate Delivery: The pre-order item(s) will follow in a separate shipment as soon as they become available.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We offer a flexible cancellation window, subject to the following conditions:

  • Standard Cancellation: You may request a cancellation for a 75% partial refund of the product price. The remaining 25% covers administrative processing, transaction fees, and inventory reservation costs.

  • The "Lock-in" Period: Once we are within 10 days of the estimated shipping date, the order enters a "Locked" state for final fulfillment and processing. Cancellations are no longer permitted during this window.

  • Post-Arrival Returns: If you wish to return the item after the lock-in period, you must wait to receive the package and then follow our standard return policy.

5. Order Modifications

Any changes requested to your pre-order (such as size, color, or shipping address) must be made before the 10-day lock-in period. Modifications may result in a later shipping date or additional shipping fees.
